Pluto is a 7 years young Westie x Basset Hound.
He came to us from the pound. His owner was taken into long term care and there was no one to take care of him.
His elderly owner had tried to take care of him, unfortunately they had neglected his coat. He was so matted that it was difficult for him to walk and see properly.
Since being groomed he has had a new lease of life. He’s a happy chap, great with other dogs NO Cats please.
Pluto walks well on his lead once he is settled. Despite being low to the ground and his age Pluto has lots of energy. He will need an active home.
He is great in the car and loves the beach.
We would home Pluto to a family with older dog savvy children.
