Beautiful Bonnie is a medium size lurcher and a bit bigger than a whippet. She will be 5 in July, up to date on her vaccinations, spayed and has had regular checks. Has lived from a puppy with a family with two girls and so is used to children. She loves a run out and currently has approximately 1-2 hours exercise daily. The rest of the time she is typical of the breed and lazes around in a sundrenched spot.
She would best suit a household as the only dog or with an equally confident dog. She does go to doggy day care and stays in a house with other dogs on occasion but she can be protective of her territory.
She can lunge at unfamiliar dogs on a lead or show too much enthusiasm for play at times which can be a trait of the breed. However, there is potential for this to be corrected with time and patience.
Like most sight hounds she has a high prey drive and will chase things but has always returned.
