Maggie is a 7 year old working Springer Spaniel, spayed, registered pedigree with the Kennel Club.
She is very affectionate, loves to meet new people & excellent with small children, when her usual excited spaniel nature is subdued!
Maggie had eye surgery when she was a puppy when she collided with a stick, but her sight was saved & her vision is that eye is still there, she also had surgery on her cruciate ligament, but you wouldn’t know it now.
Nervous with dogs until she gets to know them, very bossy with my timid rescue dog.
She is quite strong & getting better walking on a lead, especially one to one .
She is quick to learn and enjoys being given things to do, like searching for toys.
Maggie would like to be someone’s constant companion, preferably with previous springer experience.
She can be left happily at home. And always very pleased to see you! ‘
She belonged to my late partner and I find it difficult to give her the best life along with my needy rescue dog.
